Based on many Sacred Prophetic Jewish Sources (which have been actualized in recent history) the claims of these Rabbis are accurate and credible regarding Rabbi Schneerson being Judaism's King Messiah.

After identifying himself as Judaism's Final Redeemer in numerous Chassidic discourses from1991 onwards...Rabbi Schneerson "passed away" in 1994.
For most people that tragic event was understood and presumed to mean the end of the story for Rabbi Schneerson being King Messiah. Not so.!!!... according to Sacred Jewish Sources, which teach that the "passing" of Judaism's King Messiah (Moshiach in Hebrew) is part of the process of his ultimate revelation!
No fewer than 13 citations from Sacred Jewish Books including Kaballah (Judaism's Sacred Book of Mysticism) foretell that Judaism's Final Redeemer, King Messiah, will be initially revealed, later concealed in what appears to be a "death" and later revealed (resurrected) to all to then finish his remaining King Messiah work. For this reason these same Rabbis continue to make their startling claims even after Rabbi Schneerson's seeming "passing."
The foreseen and foretold events of future human history were written down centuries ago in Prophetic and Sacred Jewish books by Judaism's greatest Sages. With astoundingly precise details these Sacred books contain and reveal historical event "road markers" telling what events will occur as Jews approach the Messianic Era. Now, all of mankind can also see how truly close we are to the Messianic Era promised by God in the Five Books of Moses, the Torah. Never before in Jewish history has Jewish Prophecy been so astoundingly substantiated by events which appear on the nightly news. What is more important is that each of the above cited events of history possess a specific similar Message: KING MESSIAH IS NOW HAPPENING!
It is indeed beyond coincidence that Talmud, Yoma 10A, speaks of a war between Rome (understood by today's Torah Sages to mean the Christian West) and Persia, (meaning Iran). It is happening in Iraq right now as of 2006. There is a de facto war between the USA and Iran as I type. That Yoma 10A references the mutual destruction of the USA and Iran. Read for yourself:-
The Talmud in Yoma page 10a :-
"Rebbi states that Rome [the Christian West] is destined to fall at the hands of Persia [Iran]. Rav states that Persia is destined to fall at the hands of Rome. Question: Can the builders (Paras {Persia}, who permitted the rebuilding of the Holy Temple) fall before the destroyers (Rome, who destroyed the Temple)? The sages answer: If the King (Hashem-God) so decrees."
The collapse of the USA will cause the financial collapse of the world. The collapse of the 70 nations IS a component of the Final Redemption as explained in Sacred Jewish Sources.
This presently unfolding King Messiah Event will literally affect every man, woman and child on this planet. The matter of King Messiah and the Messianic Era originated in Judaism. It will manifest as nothing less than the fulfillment of the purpose for Creation!
